my life in 3D

i was asked to be part of a charity fundraiser art show to support movember. TOMS donated me a pair of shoes to design for the event. i made a pair of 3D style shoes and bought 3D glasses as well so people at the show could put them on and trip out. the lines actually pop out and move when the glasses are worn!

these were done with ink and brush. 4 days of tiny brush strokes. eyes are still sore. i tried to pitch this idea to the people at TOMS, but they denied. if you're in the shoe biz and want to collab, email me.








then a week later i was asked to part of NEW ERA hat co's 90th anniversary art show. they commissioned 90 artists to design hats. i made a 3D style hat with 3D glasses attached. 6 days of ink and brush strokes...
